Our Story
Founded in 2004 by Microsoft MVP Shane Young, SharePoint911 was established to draw on Shane’s extensive experience with systems administration and with consulting for clients on SharePoint issues. His “SharePoint Help…Now!” approach focused on small consulting engagements - helping clients quickly and efficiently.
 
Over the past several years, SharePoint911 has expanded and evolved. While our ability to respond quickly to specific needs makes us unique, we also offer comprehensive consulting services. By adding other Microsoft MVPs to our consultant base, not only do we have extensive, real world experience, but our consultants also teach, write about, and speak on various SharePoint topics.
 
In February 2012, SharePoint911 was acquired by Rackspace Hosting to build a winning team of SharePoint expertise.  Now we can offer our customers true end to end solutions with industry leading infrastructure,  admin support and a full array of SharePoint Professional Services.  By joining Rackspace, our team of Microsoft Certified SharePoint MVPs now have the resources necessary to create new and innovative ways to grow SharePoint.

They can also guide you through general how-to questions as you grow into your environment. With service via phone, email or remote sessions, we can help you with any of your SharePoint questions. All of our support operations services are available and billed in 15-minute increments. Our 15 minute increments are just that, no other contracts or time limits are imposed.
If you need to plan ahead for you consulting needs and would like to purchase a specific amount of time in advance, we also offer time at a discounted rate based on the amount purchased.
